Terms and Conditions

We ask you to please consider these Terms and Conditions before making a reservation with us.


Clinic 121 operate booking fee system whereby we will ask you to pay a £20 or £50 fee each time you secure a treatment or consultation booking with us.

The booking fee demonstrates that you have the intention to attend your appointment at the reserved time.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours before the treatment or consultation booking, by phone, email or text message.

Should you fail to cancel a booking in this way, we reserve the right the withhold and redeem the booking fee paid.

In extreme circumstances it may sometimes not be possible to let us know that you will not be attending your appointment. We would ask that you therefore make contact at some stage to offer an explanation of the circumstances whereby our Clinic Manager will use her discretion regarding the refund of your booking fee.



Booking Fees that have been paid will be deducted at the checkout when you pay for your treatment or service.


We will always strive to provide our clients with the upmost professional service.

If, however and for any reason, you become dissatisfied with any treatment or product, you will be offered an alternative, a replacement, a credit note or a refund at the Clinic Manager’s discretion as per these terms and conditions.


Should you find yourself in the unfortunate situation where you feel you need to make a complaint about any of our services, staff or associated issues then we strongly advise you to make your complaint in writing addressed to our Clinic Manager, Karen Prees at  info@clinic121.uk

Karen will take the time to investigate the circumstances leading to your complaint, understand your concerns with the hope of offering a full explanation and resolution. We will then offer you our decision based on how we would like to resolve the complaint within three days of you raising the concern as per these terms and conditions.


We politely request that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your reserved appointment time. This helps us keep traffic to a minimum and noise levels low while clients are receiving treatment in the Clinic.

We also request that you do not arrive later than 5 minutes after your reserved appointment time. Arriving late may mean that we have to reduce the treatment time that we have allocated to you which may in turn compromise the service being offered to you.

We cannot permit Clients to bring children under the age of 16 into the Clinic. This is in breach of our Health & Safety requirements and invalidates our insurance facility.
